Scope

We manufacture and install custom fireplaces and offer gas lines, fuel, systems, controls, kits and maintenance. This site does not take online payments: products and services are quoted and contracted through WhatsApp or email, which are distance-selling channels.

Quotes and price

Prices are given in Colombian pesos (COP) in a written quote, with the total amount. Prices do not include VAT; if it applies, it is shown separately in the quote. A quote is valid for 15 days. The contract is formed when you accept the quote in writing and make the first payment.

Payment

Manufacturing and installation projects: 50% when the project starts, before installation, and 50% on delivery.
Store products and services: as stated in the quote.
Payment method: bank transfer.

Shipping, delivery and installation

The standard manufacturing lead time is 30 days. The lead time and the shipping or installation cost are stated in the quote. To install we need access to the site and the connections (gas, electricity, ventilation) ready as agreed.

Right of withdrawal

If you bought at a distance you may withdraw, that is, return the product and get your money back, within 5 business days after delivery (Law 1480 of 2011, article 47). To do so, write to decorblue@live.com or on WhatsApp.

The product must be unused, in its packaging and in the same condition you received it.
Shipping and return costs are borne by the consumer.
We refund your money within 30 calendar days at most from the moment you exercise the right.

The right of withdrawal does not apply, among other cases, to products and work made to measure or to the customer's specifications, to projects where manufacturing or installation has already started, to services already provided with your agreement, and to goods that by nature cannot be returned.

Product exchanges

Custom-made or project products cannot be returned. If you buy a standard store product and prefer another, you may ask to exchange it for another Decorblue product, as long as it is unused and you ask within 30 days after delivery. This does not limit your right of withdrawal or your legal warranty.

Warranty

All products and services carry the legal warranty of the Consumer Statute. We also offer a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects. Details are on the warranty page.

Requests, complaints and claims

You can submit them through the channels on the claims page. If you are not satisfied with the answer, you may go to the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (www.sic.gov.co).
