Legal warranty

All our products and services carry the legal warranty of quality, suitability and safety set by Law 1480 of 2011. If they do not comply, you are entitled to have them repaired, replaced or refunded, as appropriate. This warranty cannot be limited by contract.

Decorblue warranty: 30 days

In addition to the legal warranty, we cover manufacturing defects in products made or sold by Decorblue for 30 calendar days from delivery or installation. In that case we repair or replace the defective part.

What the 30-day warranty does not cover

• Damage from misuse, impact or improper handling.
• Installations or changes made by third parties.
• Use of fuel or accessories not specified by us.
• Normal wear and lack of maintenance.
• Force majeure events.

These exclusions do not affect your rights under the legal warranty.

How to claim

• Write to us at decorblue@live.com or on WhatsApp at +57 314 666 7226.
• Tell us what happened and include photos or video, your name and the details of the purchase or installation.
• We reply within 15 business days at most and arrange the inspection.

If you are not satisfied with the answer you may go to the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (www.sic.gov.co).
